The Listening Centre only collects personal information when it is voluntarily provided by you. When you contact us with a question or concern we may collect personal information from you such as: your or your child’s information including your name, email address, postal address, phone number and description of your concerns.
The Listening Centre uses your information to respond to you when you contact us and to keep you informed regarding you or your child’s concerns or of the program. We also use your information to communicate with you about our products, services, resources and marketing that we believe may interest you.
We will provide you with the choice not to receive our newsletter. To opt-out, please unsubscribe which is located at the bottom of any newsletters we send out.
If it is necessary, we may share your personal information with third parties to perform services on our behalf such as, providing technical services, processing your credit card. These third parties may only use the personal information that is necessary to perform the function required and may not use it for any other purpose.
